General Policy
All bookings made through our website are subject to this Refund Policy.
By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Types of Services

Specific conditions may vary depending on the service booked.
Cancellations by Customer
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled visit may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend your scheduled booking (“no-show”) will result in no refund.
Changes and Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability.
Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.
Weather Policy
Nauyaca Waterfall Nature Park operates in a natural environment where weather conditions may vary.
- Light rain or typical tropical weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.
- In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, the park may, at its discretion:
- Reschedule the booking, or
- Offer a full or partial refund

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational limitations
- Force majeure events
In such cases, customers will be offered:
- A rescheduled date, or
- A full or partial refund
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may not be accommodated, especially for guided tours or time-based entries.
No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Payments are processed via Peek.com and/or Tilopay.
Refund processing times and conditions may vary depending on these platforms and associated financial institutions.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days (or longer depending on the payment provider) to be reflected in your account.
